people of different ages, abilities, incomes, races, religions,
cultures and beliefs; foster an environment where everyone is
treated wit h respect and is able to contribute to the larger
community; diversity is celebrated not merely tolerated.
Become better leaders and supporters
- learn the "give and take" necessary to work towards the common
